    Janette was very helpful in the process in switching our site from 3.0 to 4.0. She was very patient with us while we tried to figure out how to do everything and she explained things very well to where we could understand them on our own. She was very attentive in answering our emails when we had questions.

    Starla was awesome, friendly, polite, helpful and very PATIENT!! I have been making numerous calls to the Customer Care Team and EACH TIME I spoke to someone who was clearly knowledgeable and very helpful and seemed to CARE that I was getting the help I needed...and received! She, and all of the others I have spoken to in the past few days (and there were at least 5?)made feel not as "dumb" as I thought I was!? LOL Seriously, each time I hung up the phone I felt like my questions were answered and a few times I called back minutes later with more questions!! Starla was really great and sweet and helpful!

    My wife and I were on the phone with Dylan nearly an hour or more and the ENTIRE TIME, he could not have been more friendly, helpful and patient! We asked numerous questions and he answered them and helped us with some of the questions pertaining to the actual "booking" on the computer! Somewhere during the call, the line went dead (it did on another call of mine yesterday too) and I smiled and told my wife not to panic because within 30 seconds her phone rang (like mine did yesterday)and Dylan was back on the job! He really was awesome!
